Purple Advantage is a workplace inclusion and coaching organisation founded in 2024 by business partners and married couple Chris and Fran Whitaker. It helps organisations make better use of talent and build more accessible, inclusive workplaces, drawing on expertise in disability and inclusion. Its work aims to unlock hidden talent while improving productivity, profitability, decision-making and employee retention.

The organisation partners with clients to create safe environments where people feel heard, valued and secure, and emphasizes knowledge-sharing, continuous improvement and lasting impact. Its services include coaching, Disability Essentials, and the Purple Circle Membership, which provides structured access to its expertise throughout the year to support ongoing inclusion and personal development.

Purple Advantage also runs Coaching with a Cause: each hour of fully priced coaching enables at least one hour of coaching to be offered to a disabled person for £1. Co-founder Chris Whitaker brings experience in the charity and sports sectors, while co-founder Fran Whitaker is a former Paralympic swimmer for Great Britain, online business owner and motivational speaker.
