The Allstate Foundation works to help communities thrive by investing in youth, people affected by relationship abuse, and nonprofit leaders. Its youth empowerment programs engage and equip young people to serve their communities, while also preparing adults to support youth involvement. The Foundation addresses relationship abuse through financial empowerment programs that help survivors pursue safety and financial security, alongside healthy relationship education intended to prevent future abuse.

Through the Allstate Foundation Nonprofit Leadership Center, it offers nonprofit professionals opportunities to build leadership skills, advance their careers, and strengthen the communities they serve. These programs are available at no cost to participants or their organizations. The Foundation is also central to Allstate’s culture of giving, encouraging employees and agents to volunteer and donate to causes they care about.
