PURPOSIA Group is one of the leading European investment groups with Czech roots, which was established in 2023 as a holding structure around its construction companies HSF System in Czechia and Slovakia and other companies mainly from the construction industry. The history of the companies forming the PURPOSIA Group holding dates back to 2002, when their main specialization was complete roof and facade cladding, followed by an expansion of activities to general construction supplies. With annual revenues reaching CZK 4 billion, the group now deals with the entire life cycle of construction projects. Design and development are provided by companies under the ANTRACIT brand, while property management and maintenance are handled by SK Facility. Comprehensive supplies of industrial flooring and outdoor paved areas are offered by floorING, while aluminum systems and skylights are supplied by PRUNIWERK. The portfolio of companies also includes PREFA ONV, a manufacturer of concrete prefabricated elements, the surveying company Bezecný, Foredeck, which provides services in the field of tourism, and, most recently, Coral Construction Technologies, which specializes in 3D concrete printing and automation in the construction industry. The holding company now comprises a total of 43 companies with permanent representation in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Austria. The group focuses on projects for customers from both the private and public sectors. Among the best known are, for example, the modern sports hall in Ostrava-Třebovice, Hornbach in Prešov, Nitra and Prague, the elementary school in Velen, the retirement home in Dačice, and the Ronald McDonald House on the grounds of the Motol University Hospital in Prague. It has also implemented other projects in Austria, Poland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Croatia, Denmark, and Slovenia.
