Push Pull Give is a fitness brand that combines physical training with a commitment to giving back to the community. Established in late 2016, our mission is to make the impossible possible and harness the extraordinary potential of the human body. We specialize in bodyweight movements and believe that everyone should be able to move freely, confidently, and without pain.

At Push Pull Give, we offer personal training and classes that focus on building core strength, functional muscle, and mobility. Our first studio is located in the vibrant Tiong Bahru neighborhood, and we expanded to a second studio in River Valley in late 2021. As a social enterprise, we provide employment opportunities to young adults from disadvantaged backgrounds and offer fitness scholarships to those who may struggle to afford their fitness education.
