Pushup

Pushup RPG is a mobile fitness game from ReLife Studio, an independent games and apps studio founded by Yerasyl Amanbek in Kazakhstan. Available free on iOS and Android, it turns exercise into a role-playing adventure: the front camera uses on-device pose detection to count clean repetitions, and each rep helps your hero battle monsters and progress. No tapping or wearable devices are needed, and camera video is not uploaded for rep counting.

Players can train with six movements: pushups, squats, sit-ups, planks, pull-ups and dips. The game features eight realms, 48 hand-drawn foes, character levels, attributes, skill paths, collectible gear and an upgradeable Forge. Daily quests, streak tools, weekly trials, guilds, shared boss challenges and leaderboards support ongoing play. Players can also challenge friends or enter timed live duels matched by level.

Beyond the game, Pushup RPG offers free guides on exercise form, beginner progressions, training techniques and building a consistent habit. Core gameplay and camera-based rep counting are free, with optional extras available.
