Hebammenpraxis Pusteblume is a midwifery practice in Gnotzheim, Germany, led by Heidi, a midwife with nearly 30 years of experience supporting women and families. The practice offers individual care from the stages of trying to conceive and pregnancy through birth, the postpartum period, and breastfeeding. Heidi provides pregnancy guidance and consultations, help with common discomforts, selected antenatal check-ups by arrangement, and advice for hospital, birthing-centre, or home births.
After birth, home visits support families as they settle in, care for their baby, and navigate everyday questions. Further services include breastfeeding and infant-feeding advice, guidance on complementary foods and baby sleep, and postpartum support. Courses at the Gnotzheim practice and, through a partnership, at Hebammenstube Weißenburg include birth preparation with yoga, postnatal recovery, pelvic-floor strengthening, Kundalini yoga, baby massage, and a couples’ hypnobirthing course.
The practice emphasizes calm, trusting, and attentive care tailored to each mother, baby, and family, with support available beyond the initial postpartum weeks
