QARAR Center

QARAR Center for Public Affairs Research is a Palestinian research organization focused on public affairs, policy analysis, and issues affecting Palestine and the wider region. Guided by the idea that informed decisions begin with knowledge, the center produces research, publications, and educational content to support understanding of current developments and policy choices.

Its work includes research studies, strategic reports, books, articles, and other publications, alongside events, public discussions, media contributions, and a podcast covering contemporary issues. The center also develops programs for researchers and young people, including Jeel, which trains emerging researchers, and Sumoud, a training-of-trainers program. Its Palestine Issue Observatory offers analysis and information on related developments, while open-source resources, databases, statistics, and data-based insights serve researchers and other interested audiences.

QARAR also supports research collaboration through research participation and fellowship coordination, and convenes dialogue with local and international partners. Based in Ramallah, the center shares its work through online content, events, and media channels, helping audiences engage with Palestinian affairs and regional and international perspectives.
