About QatarDebate
مركز مناظرات قطر (QatarDebate) is the national debating organization for Qatar, operating under the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science, and Community Development. Established in 2008, QatarDebate aims to promote free thought, open discussions, and constructive debate in Qatar and beyond, nurturing the next generation with knowledge, skills, and confidence to explore and analyze important issues from all perspectives. They offer a range of programs and services to spread the culture of debate and open dialogue, including academic programs, publications, debate modules, and the Doha Forum: Youth Edition 2023.
They also organize international events such as the International Schools Debating Championship and the U. S. Arabic Debating Championship.
QatarDebate is dedicated to improving the quality of public discussions and partnering with local organizations to create intellectual leaders and shape global citizens
