Training covers shooting, footwork, ball handling, passing, defense, rebounding, conditioning, and team concepts. The program emphasizes learning, practice, and applying techniques as a path to improvement and a more complete playing experience. QBall Hoops also provides college preparation, and its former players include athletes who have gone on to compete at NCAA Division I, II, and III colleges.
