QF Care, also known as Quintessential Futures Ltd, was established in 2025 to provide high-quality, trauma-informed residential care for children who cannot live within their family setting. Its approach is relational and child-centred, informed by more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across residential childcare, secure care, fostering, adoption, community alternatives and early years services.

The organisation’s core service is residential care in welcoming, well-maintained homes designed to feel like ordinary domestic settings. Located within communities, the homes offer access to local amenities and transport. QF Care recognises that children may arrive having experienced trauma, loss or disrupted attachments, and aims to provide safe, stable environments that support emotional security, confidence and wellbeing.

Trained and experienced staff are present around the clock, supported by management oversight and on-call assistance. Children are encouraged to work towards individual goals through access to education, psychological support and development opportunities. Where appropriate, QF Care also supports carefully planned transitions to future services.
