About Qibo
Qibo is an open-source quantum computing platform that brings together software and tools for quantum simulation and quantum hardware workflows. Its flexible ecosystem is designed to help researchers and other users develop and deploy quantum-powered applications, from simulation to self-hosted hardware control, calibration, and characterization. The platform includes the core Qibo package and high-level API, alongside simulation software such as Qibojit and Qibotn.
Its application tools include Qibocal, Qibochem, Qiboml, and Qiboopt, while Qibolab and Qibosoq provide quantum hardware drivers. Qibo also offers cloud-provider backends, extending its range of computing options. Users can get started by installing the package with pip and can access documentation, examples, tutorials, notebooks, slides, and video lectures to support learning and development.
The project shares publications and community resources, and welcomes engagement through GitHub issues, pull requests, and discussions. Qibo is developed by the Qibo team with contributions from its community and is distributed under the Apache-2. 0 license
