Qi Gong mit Sturm

Qi Gong mit Sturm® is the teaching practice of Marcel Sturm, offering classes and experiences in Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Kung Fu and self-defense. Based in the Düsseldorf and Neuss region, courses are also promoted for Monheim and Jüchen, with monastery weekend retreats available. The approach presents Qi Gong as energy work: a way to preserve, guide and build energy, while supporting health, wellbeing, fitness and a calmer response to life’s challenges.

Tai Chi and Kung Fu extend this practice into inner and outer martial arts, and the programme also includes Qi Gong Gun and LunDao Flow. Marcel emphasizes teaching with respect and on equal terms, welcoming people of every age and experience level. For organizations, the methods are offered as team-building activities intended to strengthen connection and cooperation in the workplace.
