Sunyata EP Lannion

Qi Gong Lannion offers instruction in Qi Gong and Baguazhang across Lannion, Pleumeur-Bodou and the Trégor region. Led by Gilles Le Picard, an independent practitioner and teacher who has taught Qi Gong since 2009, the organization draws on the Wudang tradition. Classes are open to beginners and experienced students, with an inclusive approach that requires no particular physical ability and emphasizes calm, energy and balance.

The program includes weekly Qi Gong classes at several local venues, monthly workshops, quarterly Baguazhang sessions, and individual appointments by arrangement. Workshops explore practices such as Wudang Qi Gong, the Five Animals, walking exercises and Baguazhang. The organization also provides tailored training and support for individuals and businesses, including workplace sessions focused on stress management, concentration and team cohesion, delivered as one-off visits or ongoing programs.

Additional offerings include educational resources and events, such as workshops and specialist training. The site describes a teacher with more than 35 years of teaching experience and notes FFAEMC recognition.
