QIST

QIST is a New Zealand shopping platform that helps people find exclusive prices at participating retailers. Shoppers scan a product’s barcode or QR code in-store to reveal its hidden QIST price, then show that price at checkout to save. The service is free for shoppers and covers categories including electronics, appliances, automotive products and general retail.

QIST also offers personalised deals, price-drop alerts and nearby-store offers. Shoppers can manage their privacy settings, see who has access to their information and revoke access. The platform may collect a name and email address, while providing a phone number is optional.

For retailers, QIST provides a way to connect with interested shoppers, generate qualified leads and encourage store visits. Retailers can learn about partnering with the platform or sign up through its website. By bringing shoppers and participating stores together through product-specific offers, QIST aims to make savings accessible while giving retailers another way to reach potential customers. Its central proposition is simple: scan, reveal a better price and save.
