About Quantitative MR Imaging and Spectroscopy Group
QMISG, or the Quantitative MR Imaging and Spectroscopy Group, is a dynamic research group founded in 2012 at the Research Center for Molecular and Cellular Imaging (RCMCI). Comprised of dedicated researchers, scientists, and physicians, QMISG focuses on utilizing cutting-edge imaging and computational technologies to enable accurate diagnosis and monitoring of human diseases. The mission of QMISG is to blend basic science with advanced image formation and quantification technologies, paving the way for the future of MRI/S.
Their goal is to investigate biomarkers of disease progression and enhance healthcare through magnetic resonance imaging. They also aim to improve treatment planning and decision-making in various areas, such as cancer therapy. Additionally, QMISG engages in analyzing and quantifying MR images for treatment response follow-up, as well as in-vitro and in-vivo image processing and analysis.
