QPHF, also known as Queen's Park Healthcare Foundation, has been dedicated to raising funds for The Queen's Park Care Centre for over 35 years. Their primary goal is to provide rehabilitation excellence for patients on their journey to recovery and supportive care within a living environment for seniors who are unable to live at home. The foundation plays a vital role in the community by offering a geriatric axis and a newly established rehabilitation center of excellence, which is the first of its kind in Fraser Health.
