Quadra is an Italian luxury general contractor specializing in high-end homes and real estate renovations. The company provides a single point of contact for projects, managing design, prototyping, construction, and coordination with the client’s architect—or working independently. Its project managers guide each stage, from feasibility studies and 3D surveys to workforce planning and construction, with a focus on controlling costs, meeting agreed timelines, and protecting quality.

Quadra produces bespoke furnishings and interior elements in Italy through a network of master craftspeople, including upholsterers, carpenters, cabinet makers, glassmakers, metalworkers, and marble specialists. By creating its own products and coordinating its production chain, the company says it can offer greater cost control and potentially save clients up to 20% compared with equivalent-quality alternatives. Project managers also provide ongoing client communication and customer care.

Founded to build luxury residences, Quadra draws on the 60-year experience of Florence furniture maker Fazzuoli&Figli. The group reports having created more than 800 high-fashion stores across international markets, bringing that project experience and craftsmanship to residential interiors.
