Quaero Project

Quaero is a Paris-based building project and construction management group offering project oversight and execution-stage project management. Its services include construction-site coordination, building consultancy, and maîtrise d’œuvre d’exécution, supporting clients through the delivery of property projects. The company presents its work across real estate projects and completed projects, with a focus on practical management and coordination on site.

In September 2025, Quaero Project reported managing the execution of a French-style restoration of a Haussmann-era apartment in Paris’s 8th arrondissement. At the time, work had reached the partitioning stage, using hand-plastered partitions on metal framing—a method the company describes as more solid and durable than plasterboard partitions. The project involves interior designer Ziad Ghobril.

Quaero serves the Paris area and can be contacted at its office at 22 rue du Printemps, 75017 Paris. The company provides information about its work and services through its website and offers direct contact by email and telephone.
