Quality of Care Network is a brand dedicated to improving the quality of care for maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH). They are a global partnership consisting of committed governments, implementation partners, and funding agencies. Their goal is to ensure that every pregnant woman, newborn, and child receives good quality care with equity and dignity.

The Network aims to halve maternal and newborn deaths and stillbirths in health facilities by 2022, as well as enhance patients' experience of care in participating countries. Under the leadership of Ministries of Health, the Quality of Care Network works towards four strategic objectives: building and strengthening national institutions, accelerating and sustaining implementation of quality of care improvements, facilitating learning and knowledge sharing, and developing mechanisms for accountability. They provide a platform for countries to integrate quality of care into their healthcare delivery, share best practices, and generate evidence and local solutions.

With a focus on Universal Health Coverage and the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals, the Quality of Care Network supports countries in their efforts to reduce maternal and child mortality. Eleven leading countries, as well as 11 others engaging with the Network, are making significant progress in improving the quality of health services. The Network operates through government leadership and the support of various development organizations, NGOs, the private sector, professional associations, and universities.

To join the Quality of Care Network, governments must commit to improving quality of care for MNCH and create an enabling environment for implementation. The Network offers monthly updates, a podcast called Quality Talks, and webinar notifications to keep individuals informed about their work. The Secretariat of the Network is hosted by the Department of Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health (MCA) at the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.
