Quality Sun Villas

Quality Sun Villas is a real estate agency specialising in luxury homes across Murcia and Alicante, including the Costa Cálida and Costa Blanca. With more than 10 years of experience, the company helps clients find and purchase villas, townhouses and apartments, with a particular focus on contemporary new-build properties. Its selection includes independent villas with private pools, homes near the sea and apartments on the first or second coastline, as well as resale properties and investment opportunities.

Founded by Gonzalo and María José Martínez, Quality Sun Villas offers personalised support throughout the buying process, from choosing a property and negotiating terms to arranging visits, reviewing technical information and preparing documentation. The team also provides guidance on legal matters and mortgage financing, including for international buyers, and helps clients understand local services and amenities such as schools, hospitals, shops and leisure options. For investors and developers, the agency presents properties and larger plots with potential.
