About Quam Uganda
QuAM Uganda is a brand working towards creating a publicly accountable NGO sector in Uganda. They aim to promote good governance and ethical practices within the nonprofit organizations in the country. QuAM offers a comprehensive certification mechanism for NGOs, ensuring that they adhere to minimum standards of performance and resource management.
With their certification process, QuAM helps NGOs improve their operations and maintain high standards of accountability. They also provide resources and support to certified NGOs to facilitate their growth and development.
QuAM works closely with organizations like the Development Network of Indigenous Voluntary Associations (DENIVA) and the Uganda National NGO Forum to strengthen the NGO sector in Uganda. They also collaborate with international partners such as GIZ, the European Union, and the Global Board Members for the Global Standards for CSO Accountability.
