Hannah responds around the clock, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and continues following up with unsold leads for up to a year. When a salesperson takes over a customer conversation, she steps back so the dealership team remains in control of the relationship and sale. The platform is intended to help stores keep inventory visible, respond promptly, and prevent leads from going unnoticed.

Quantum Connect AI also offers tools including a marketplace engine, CRM intelligence, a sales coach, and QConnect Appliance. Its service has clear boundaries: Hannah does not negotiate prices, provide trade-in values, discuss credit decisions, or answer legal questions. Those matters remain with dealership staff.
