Quay Group

Quay Crew is a specialist recruitment agency serving the superyacht, maritime, private staff and family office sectors. Established in 2013, the company reports placing more than 2,000 candidates on over 350 luxury superyachts, as well as in prestigious private residences and shoreside roles. Its consultants bring former crew experience and extensive recruitment and industry knowledge, helping owners, yacht management companies and Captains find candidates suited to each role and onboard culture.

For yachts, Quay Crew recruits across departments, from deck, interior and galley positions to engineering roles and Captains. It supports searches ranging from green crew with certified potential to experienced heads of department, and can source people with specialist skills in areas such as fitness, beauty therapy, massage, AV and IT, watersports, medical care and manual trades. The agency also offers executive search for Captain appointments. Beyond superyacht recruitment, its services include maritime, private residence and family office recruitment, with vacancies and candidate resources available through its website.
