Ottimate

Ottimate provides AI-powered accounts payable automation software designed to help finance teams process invoices faster, reduce costs, and gain greater control over spending. Its platform supports the full AP process, from invoice capture and coding to approval workflows, purchase order matching, reconciliation, and vendor payments. The software reads invoices across multiple formats, including handwritten documents, and uses AI to automate coding and identify discrepancies, invoice risks, and unusual spending patterns. Teams can also manage employee expenses, track supplier invoices, monitor changes, and review real-time spending insights.

Ottimate offers tools tailored to roles such as AP managers, approvers, controllers, and CFOs, as well as industries including restaurants, hospitality, grocery, retail, healthcare, accounting, construction, and manufacturing. The platform integrates with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Acumatica, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Dynamics. Alongside its software, Ottimate provides vendor resources, customer support, implementation guidance, and dedicated customer success support. The company also publishes educational content, including guides, webinars, articles, and case studies, to help finance teams improve their AP operations.
