As a Senior Education Advisor with Clarence Education Asia, Kirsten played a key role in developing the educational landscape in Tokyo, including the opening of Phoenix House International School. She is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Board Member of the RSA Japan Fellows Network.
