About Fundación Quiero Trabajo
Fundación Quiero Trabajo (FQT) is a non-profit organization based in Barcelona that has been working since 2016 to help vulnerable individuals, particularly women, find employment. Their mission is to empower people by enhancing their skills and attitudes, equipping them with the tools to successfully navigate the job selection and interview process. FQT goes beyond individual assistance and also creates programs for companies that align with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals for 2030.
By engaging employees as volunteers, they enhance corporate social responsibility and foster greater commitment to society. Operating in Barcelona, Madrid, and Málaga, FQT also extends its reach nationwide through their online programs. Through their efforts, FQT has supported numerous individuals, providing advice, boosting their confidence, and ultimately helping them secure jobs.
