This acquisition includes EryDel's Phase 3 lead asset, EryDex, which targets the rare and fatal pediatric neurological disease, Ataxia-Telangiectasia. Currently, there are no approved treatments for this condition, making EryDex a highly promising opportunity with an estimated peak sales potential exceeding $1 billion. In addition to this exciting acquisition, our pipeline features a bone-targeting drug platform and an unparalleled precision bone growth molecule called NOV004, available for out-licensing.

NOV004, an anabolic peptide, has demonstrated exceptional results in preclinical studies, exhibiting rapid increases in bone density, strength, and expedited healing when concentrated at the fracture site.
