Quinta do Rol is a family-owned estate in Lourinhã, Portugal, bringing together winemaking, equestrian activities and rural hospitality. The property has cultivated its land for more than a century, producing Atlantic wines shaped by the Estremadura region’s natural acidity and mineral character, with varieties including Pinot Noir, Arinto and Alvarinho. Its range includes red, white, rosé and sparkling wines, as well as brandy and other styles, complemented by vineyard and cellar tours and tastings.

The estate’s equestrian centre focuses on Lusitano horses and offers classical dressage, working equitation, riding lessons, intensive clinics and countryside and beach excursions. Rural stays include several equipped houses, with activities such as surfing, golf, tennis, yoga and massages available. Quinta do Rol also operates Ocean House, beachfront apartments at Baleal for guests seeking a coastal stay. For gatherings, its event venues accommodate weddings, celebrations, conferences and corporate activities, with catering facilities and flexible spaces. Located about 60 kilometres from Lisbon, the estate offers visitors a blend of wine, riding, nature and accommodation in a family setting.
