R SUSPENSION is a specialist workshop in Rudolstadt, Germany, focused on mountain bike maintenance and suspension service. The business maintains and tunes suspension forks, rear shocks, and dropper seatposts, combining technical expertise and years of experience with quality oils, selected replacement parts, precision equipment, and professional tools. Its services cover major brands including Fox, RockShox, Marzocchi, Specialized, Trek, and BikeYoke.
Customers can choose a small service, which includes cleaning, replacing oil and dust wiper seals, and checking function, or a comprehensive service with internal seals and oils replaced, parts inspected, and the suspension rebuilt and tested. R SUSPENSION also offers MST tuning to tailor suspension performance to the rider. Seatpost servicing is available for models such as RockShox Reverb and Fox Transfer, with service intervals recommended according to use.
The process begins with an online service form and scheduled shipping. Each component is inspected, cleaned, reassembled with suitable lubricants and new parts, then function-tested.
