The R4V (Regional Refugee and Migrant Platform) is an inter-agency coordination platform engaging over 200 organizations, including UN agencies, civil society groups, and NGOs, to support Venezuelan refugees and migrants across 17 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. Founded to address the increasing needs of this vulnerable population, R4V implements the Regional Response Plan for Refugees and Migrants of Venezuela (RMRP).

The platform focuses on various sectors including water, sanitation, hygiene, housing, education, nutrition, health, and protection, catering to the holistic needs of refugees and migrants. Services provided include humanitarian transport, child protection, and support for those facing gender-based violence, trafficking, and other human rights violations. By analyzing and sharing data, R4V enhances collaboration among partners and informs policy responses, ensuring effective resource allocation and assistance. This collective effort fosters resilience and integration for millions displaced by the crisis in Venezuela, making R4V a crucial player in supporting affected communities throughout the region.
