R7 Custom Arms

R7 Custom is a custom rifle builder based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, creating precision hunting and shooting systems tailored to each customer’s goals. Its guided online configurator helps customers select a rifle’s action, caliber, barrel, stock, trigger, Cerakote finish, optic, and rings. The process is designed for both experienced shooters and first-time custom buyers, with personal consultation from the R7 team to review component choices and build specifications before work begins.

Each rifle is bench-built rather than mass-assembled. R7 Custom describes its process as including action inspection and truing, barrel threading and chamber reaming, headspacing, and checks for feeding, extraction, and safety. Customers choosing an optic package can also request a range-ready service that includes zeroing and initial ballistic data. Completed rifles are securely shipped to the customer’s preferred Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).

The company’s offerings center on tailored rifles for hunting and long-range use, supported by component selection and build guidance. Customer testimonials highlight accuracy, careful fitting, smooth operation, and dependable performance in varied field conditions.
