Retirement living supports independence in safe, friendly communities, while residential care provides individualised support in comfortable, homely surroundings. Home care offers in-home assistance, help around the house and support through care plans.

With a strong veteran heritage, raafa also provides programs and assistance for veterans, Australian Defence Force members and their families. Its charitable initiatives support people in need. The organisation operates the Aviation Heritage Museum in Bull Creek, which preserves aviation history through a collection of civil and military artefacts.
