Engrosfrukt AS

Engrosfrukt AS is a Norwegian wholesale supplier serving business customers through locations in Langhus and Sandefjord. The company offers a broad assortment of products and raw ingredients, which customers can browse and order through its online store. Businesses can apply to become customers; after submitting their company and contact details, they are contacted by a sales representative and, once approved, can access the customer portal.

The online store is designed for use on mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers. It helps customers manage regular purchasing with recurring fixed orders, choose delivery days, and create shopping lists for frequently ordered products. Customers can also review their order and select a preferred delivery date; some made-to-order items may affect when an order can be delivered, and Engrosfrukt states that it does not split deliveries. The portal supports reporting issues, including product-quality concerns, delivery problems, price errors, incorrect quantities, and missing or incorrect goods. Engrosfrukt also offers delivery SMS notifications for customers who choose to receive them.
