Race1

Race1 is an Australian rowing boat manufacturer offering locally made boats, equipment and support for athletes, coaches and people new to rowing. The company describes itself as Australia’s leading rowing boat builder and the country’s last remaining local rowing boat manufacturer that does not import its boats. Its products are made in Australia to world rowing and racing boat standards.

The range includes racing shells, recreational and open-water boats, training boats, and the Wave Cutter line. Race1 also offers pre-owned boats and custom boat design, rigging and fitting. Its services cover repairs, maintenance, refurbishment, fleet assessments, coaching and rigging advice, and test rows for prospective customers. Rowing parts and accessories include seats and fittings, slides, rigging components, stands and other equipment.

Race1 supports customers at different stages, from choosing a suitable boat to keeping an existing one in working order. The company invites customers to book a test row, arrange repairs or request information about its products and services.
