RaceManager

RaceManager is an innovative cloud-based platform tailored for managing canoeing events, specifically developed for the Norwegian Canoe Association. Serving as a comprehensive tool for race management, it initially focused on flatwater sprint events but has successfully expanded to encompass a variety of canoeing competitions.

The platform streamlines the entry process, competition scheduling, and preliminary heat organization by utilizing built-in ranking lists to allocate athletes efficiently. In the absence of ranked athletes, RaceManager employs a random order for participant placement. Its automated functionalities include conducting drawings for preliminary heats and semi-finals, with results being published in real-time on the RaceManager website.

Designed to support organizing clubs, athletes, and team leaders alike, RaceManager is continuously evolving, ensuring it remains an essential resource throughout the entire competition process—from pre-race preparations to post-event analysis. Accessible and intuitive, RaceManager is set to enhance the canoeing experience for all involved.
