About Maxim Racing
Maxim Racing Inc. Founded by Chuck Merrill in Springfield, Illinois, Maxim quickly gained recognition for its innovative designs, particularly with the introduction of the K-car, which set new performance standards in sprint racing. With a commitment to safety and performance, the K-car has become the most dominant chassis ever constructed, earning numerous accolades including ten Knoxville Nationals titles and multiple manufacturer of the year awards.
Today, under the leadership of Dan Musselman, Maxim Racing continues to build hundreds of chassis annually from their state-of-the-art 12,600 square foot facility. In addition to high-performance chassis, Maxim offers a comprehensive range of products and services, including apparel, decals, drivetrain components, and miscellaneous parts that cater to racers across the globe.
