Racing Club Klampenborg (RCK) is a Danish association that works in cooperation with Klampenborg Galopbane to promote and strengthen horse racing. It brings together racehorse owners, part-owners, racing enthusiasts and members of the public who enjoy the sport, with a strong emphasis on community and shared experiences.
Membership offers access to a varied programme of activities, including stable visits, talks, excursions, member receptions and seasonal events such as Christmas bingo. Receptions are held on selected race days, including Mowerina, Derby Day, Racing Bowl and the season’s final day. The club also arranges racing trips; previous destinations have included Dubai, France, Ireland and Germany.
For people interested in becoming involved as horse owners, RCK highlights opportunities to buy a share in horses offered by trainers, allowing members to experience ownership for a modest cost.
