Racquet In Hand

Racquet In Hand Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving lives and strengthening communities through tennis. The foundation views the sport as a pathway to health, personal growth, and opportunity, with a focus on children and other at-risk community members. It invites supporters to donate and provides a way for organizations to apply for funding.

Its work centers on four areas: funding local providers that bring tennis programs to schools, parks, and underserved communities; renovating courts to create safe, welcoming places to play; supporting coaches so they can reach more players with quality instruction; and providing resources that help athletes develop their skills, confidence, and enjoyment of the game. The foundation highlights tennis’s potential to encourage lifelong fitness, discipline, teamwork, connection, and inclusion, while offering a positive environment for youth and adults. Through grants and partnerships, Racquet In Hand aims to expand access to tennis and help players and communities benefit from the sport.
