Radkonzept

Radkonzept is a bicycle service and mountain biking business based in Eisenach, Germany, created by rider and mechanic Alex Teschner. Guided by the motto “by bikers, for bikers,” it helps people enjoy cycling through practical workshop support, skills training, and guided rides. Its brand-independent workshop repairs and maintains bicycles regardless of where they were purchased, and also offers custom bike configuration and assembly, ergonomic advice and fitting, suspension setup tailored to a rider’s weight, and restoration of older bikes.

Radkonzept’s progressive riding courses are designed for different abilities, from beginners to experienced riders, with a separate offer for children. Trainer Alex brings more than a decade of experience as a coach and guide. Guided mountain bike tours can be tailored to participants’ needs and skill levels, with routes through the landscapes around Eisenach as well as trips in Germany, Austria, and Italy. Alex’s background spans BMX, dirt jumping, downhill, and enduro, informing the business’s hands-on approach to cycling.
