BrisDoc Healthcare Services is a healthcare organisation whose staff use Radar, an internal intranet for information, resources and updates. The site links to SevernSide IUC and Practice Services, and provides staff access to materials such as policies, training and the staff newsletter. It also shares organisational news and opportunities for employees to participate in workplace initiatives, including the 2026 UHUK Organisational Safety Culture Survey on patient safety culture.

BrisDoc describes itself as an employee-owned business. Through its Co-owners Council, employees collectively own the company and can influence the direction and success of its services. The intranet also highlights support for staff wellbeing, with tools and advice covering physical, emotional, financial and social wellbeing. Other featured initiatives include NHS Rainbow Badges to promote inclusive, non-judgemental services, and action to address climate change and reduce carbon emissions. Radar introduces BrisDoc’s corporate strategy and communicates staff schemes, including notice that its Refer a Friend Scheme is currently paused.
