Radical Vegan

Radical Vegans is a Seattle-based community initiative celebrating vegan food, culture, creativity, and advocacy. Its events welcome vegans, vegetarians, and people curious about plant-based living, bringing them together with local businesses and organizers. The group’s flagship event, Radical Vegan Fest, is an all-vegan festival featuring local chefs and bakers, artists, craftspeople, and animal advocacy nonprofits. Planned for January 2027 at the Quality Flea Center in Capitol Hill, the festival offers admission for $1, with advance tickets to be announced.

Radical Vegans also hosts monthly meetups on Sundays at rotating vegan restaurants around Seattle. These gatherings are designed to build community, encourage mutual aid, and support vegan entrepreneurs, activists, and organizers across the Pacific Northwest. Past meetups have taken place at venues including Cinnaholic, Kati Vegan Thai, Pi Vegan Pizzeria, and Georgetown Liquor Co. Through its events and community network, Radical Vegans aims to create a lasting platform that supports local vegan businesses, strengthens regional connections, and amplifies efforts toward animal liberation.
