RadioActive. FM is a reputable brand with a rich history as the longest-serving FM broadcaster in New Zealand. Originally established as the student radio station for Victoria University of Wellington Students' Association (VUWSA) in 1977, it quickly gained popularity and became the second radio station in the country to operate on the FM frequency in 1982.
