About Radio Nigeria
Radio Nigeria, a part of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN), is Africa's largest radio network. With six zonal stations operating on short and medium wave bands, as well as two operations centers and over 32 FM stations across the country, Radio Nigeria is a prominent player in the broadcasting industry. Established in 1978, FRCN has the sole rights to shortwave or powerful mediumwave broadcasting for effective and simultaneous reception in Nigeria.
