Raffaello

Raffaelo is an Italian restaurant group that has welcomed diners since 1993, bringing together the atmosphere of classic Italy with a modern approach to dining. Its restaurants are designed for families and guests seeking traditional Italian food prepared with care and contemporary culinary techniques. A distinctive feature is the transparent pasta room at each restaurant entrance, where pasta and dough are made by hand every day. The menu emphasizes quality ingredients and combines much-loved Italian dishes with innovative cooking methods and modern cuisine.

Raffaelo operates locations in Haifa, Kiryat Bialik, the Krayot, Ein Shemer, Nof HaGalil and Netanya; some branches are kosher. Guests can order delivery or takeaway, and the restaurants also host events, including smaller gatherings in a private room or on a terrace, with Italian food and attentive service. The brand offers a members’ club where customers can collect points and receive benefits. Raffaelo also invites prospective franchisees to explore partnership opportunities and welcomes people interested in working with the group.
