Unlike other organizations in the region, RAFINT focuses on providing regulatory solutions at a regional level.

We manage multi-country projects, and our services are not concentrated in any specific market. Our expansion into different territories has been strategic, starting with underserved smaller markets and then purposefully expanding our reach. One of the key factors that sets us apart is our network of specialized country agents.

They utilize our RAFIT document management system and RIMS platform, enabling us to work seamlessly as a single regional team. In some markets, our agents have the legal capacity to directly submit marketing applications and act as the country marketing application holders for our clients. With our headquarters in Lima, Peru, RAFINT is able to provide regulatory services for all of Latin America except Brazil, as well as cover the most important territories in the Caribbean.
