About Rågsveds Fastighetsägare
Rågsveds Fastighetsägare is an ideal association dedicated to promoting the positive development of Rågsved and ensuring the long-term management of the area's properties. Comprised of residential, commercial, and local property owners in Rågsved, they aim to create a safe, pleasant, and well-functioning part of Stockholm with a stellar reputation. In addition to enhancing safety and comfort, the association addresses various other issues, such as creating an appealing physical environment, implementing effective urban planning and transportation, and improving Rågsved's reputation both locally and globally.
They believe that many challenges can only be tackled by collaborating across property boundaries and with other stakeholders in the district. Rågsveds Fastighetsägare operates based on the BID (Business Improvement District) model, fostering cooperation among different types of property owners. They also work closely with Enskede-Årsta-Vantör district administration, the police, traffic authorities, and other local actors.
