RAGONDA IJTSMA

Ragonda IJtsma is a Dutch visual artist and sculptor known for distinctive bronze figures, especially tall, slender women that express both strength and vulnerability. Her work explores themes including autonomy, human connection, relationships, and love. She creates original, often one-of-a-kind sculptures in sizes ranging from miniature pieces to life-size works, as well as editions and commissioned art.

Customers can purchase available bronze sculptures or commission a bespoke piece. Commissions are developed from the client’s purpose and preferences, with an initial three-dimensional sketch shared before the design is completed. IJtsma also creates bronze art for businesses and organisations, including awards, relationship gifts, anniversary pieces, public artworks, and sculptures produced in small or larger editions. Her collection includes paired figures designed for weddings and other relationship milestones, as well as memorial sculptures and ash keepsakes made to order.

Works can be viewed at her studio by appointment. Available pieces are packaged in a wooden presentation case and shipping box, and are generally ready for prompt delivery.
