About RAHS
History House serves as the esteemed home of the Royal Australian Historical Society (RAHS) since 1970, located at 133 Macquarie Street, Sydney, New South Wales. This historic building, dating back to 1871, has transformed over the years, originally designed as a residence and later serving various purposes, including a boarding house. Situated across from the picturesque Royal Botanic Gardens, it is conveniently accessible from major transport hubs like Wynyard and Circular Quay.
