About RAIC
RAIC | IRAC is the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, a national organization dedicated to representing architects and promoting excellence in the built environment since 1907. As a not-for-profit organization, RAIC serves as the sole national voice for architects in Canada, providing them with tools, resources, and education to enhance their practice. The organization is committed to showcasing how design can improve quality of life and advocating for important societal issues through responsible architecture.
RAIC's vision is to empower Canada's architectural community, creating a strong and valued profession capable of driving meaningful change. With its national office in Ottawa and growing federated chapter model, RAIC operates widely across the country, including chapters and networks in British Columbia, Alberta, and Nova Scotia. RAIC's values include integrity, climate action, reconciliation, social justice, and innovation.
Through these principles, RAIC aims to make a positive impact on both the architectural profession and the built environment. For more information and to stay updated with RAIC's initiatives and activities, visit their website and subscribe to their email communications
