Impact Hub San José is a brand that focuses on the generation and consolidation of sustainable tourism ventures in indigenous territories in Costa Rica. Their flagship program, Raíces, is the first incubation program in the country that supports and empowers indigenous tourism initiatives. The program aims to boost local sustainable tourism development in indigenous territories by providing the necessary support for ideas or entrepreneurial tourism initiatives to become successful, viable, and self-sustaining ventures.

These ventures not only contribute to the growth of the community, region, and country, but also promote biodiversity conservation, cultural revaluation, and gender equality. The program offers two opportunities: incubation for those with early-stage ideas or projects, and implementation for ventures with proven commercial viability. With a duration of 6 months, the program focuses on three stages: entrepreneurship retreat, development planning, and fund management.

Participation is open to individuals or entities that meet specific criteria, including being indigenous, having a sustainable business concept, and falling within selected indigenous territories
